Olivella Shampoo and Conditioner

February 9, 2016 by Kristine

Olivella Product LineI think olive oil is one of the greatest things in the world. It makes things taste better, it is good for you and it’s also beneficial for your skin and your hair. I was recently sent some shampoo and conditioner from Olivella®, which is a premier line of products made 100% Virgin Olive Oil and designed for personal skin care.

Olivella uses one of the world’s most effective ingredients—Olive Oil—to soothe the skin and preserve its youthfulness. Olivella Skincare products are made right where the olives are grown, in the region of Umbria, known as the “Green Heart of Italy.” All of the Olivella All Natural skincare products are created from the raw materials and high quality ingredients extracted during the olive oil refining process. The company offers a full range of skincare products, including hair care products like the shampoo and conditioner that I received. Let me give you an overview of these two products.

The Olive Shampoo is uniquely formulated with natural olive extract rich in Vitamins E and K to help protect hair from environmental damage. It is formulated for color-treated hair (bonus!) and is paraben free. It provides antioxidants and moisturizes your hair to provide luster and shine. It also gives your scalp some extra TLC and will give your locks a revitalized and healthy bounce. I really love the shampoo and have been using it for the last week or so. It lathers up well and you don’t need a lot to get your hair feeling great. The only thing that I wasn’t necessarily a big fan of was the fragrance. I felt like it had too much of a floral scent, but I’m sensitive to those kinds of things. Once I conditioned, the bolder smell of the shampoo was definitely toned down. The Olive Shampoo is available for $9.98.

The Olive Conditioner and it’s Natural Virgin Olive Oil formula helps to revitalize and regenerate dry and damaged hair, in addition to moisturizing and softening dull or over processed hair. Leave this conditioner on for just a few minutes and you’ll feel its hydrating love to your locks. This product is also formulated for color-treated hair, is paraben free and has a subtle scent. It is available for $9.98.

Olivella Shampoo and Conditioner

Both of these products offer many of the same key benefits such as:

• Deep moisturizing with natural olive extract
• Nourishing formula contains Anti-Oxidants
• Non-oily formula (does not leave hair greasy)
• Dermatological tested
• Does not contain dyes
• Free of colorants
• No SLS (Sodium Laureth Sulftate)
• Paraben free
• Not Tested on Animals, No Animal Fats

The Olivella products, including the shampoo and conditioner, can be purchased on the company’s website and at various retail locations throughout the country. As an added bonus, Olivella is offering a special deal on its products with a buy 2 get one free promotion.

Giveaway: One lucky winner is going to win an Olivella Shampoo and Conditioner set, just like the one I got to review.
