Stress Less Adult Coloring BooksHow many of you have jumped onto the adult coloring book bandwagon? Come on now, raise your hands? I know that most of the adults in my family have jumped on the relaxing trend and are quite into it.

Sitting down and relaxing with a good adult coloring book is a great way to reduce the stress & tension in your life. It’s a great way to take some time out of the hustle & bustle of daily activities and to just sit and relax.

Recently, some brand new adult coloring books hit the retail marketplace and I’m excited to introduce you to two of them today.

The Stress Less Coloring: Joyful Patterns helps you manage your worries in a fun, creative & relaxing way. By concentrating on coloring and shading each of the 100+ joyful patterns, you’ll calm your mind and let go of any tension you may be feeling. Each stress-reducing page invites you to express yourself by using your own unique palette to fill in the captivating designs. Soon, you’ll find yourself clearing all worries from your mind as you concentrate on coloring in these mesmerizing patterns.
