A few months ago I got a brand new blender and a new professional juicer and have been using both kitchen appliances daily since I got them. I love harvesting fresh fruits and veggies from my garden and whipping up delicious milkshakes, smoothies, ice creams, sherbets and homemade juices for my family to enjoy.
Today I am sharing with all of you a great “guest post” recipe from the folks over at Carrington Farms to make this delicious looking smoothie. I am definitely going to try this one!
Carrington Farms Sunrise Smoothie Recipe
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp Carrington Farms Organic Flax Hemp Blend

I love strawberries this shake looks good
love to try this
This is a great recipe. Very tasty and healthy. I like smoothies and have one for breakfast every day.
I love Berry smoothies and the idea of adding flax to it will make it healthier for me. I am sure it will taste delicious.
Well, I love strawberry anything, lol! I’ve never tried adding flax hemp to anything, but I’d give it a try. I do love a good smoothie!
I’d love to have a juicer! This sounds like a delish smoothie, I’ve been making them even through the winter – I’d love to try this one!
I have been making smoothies a lot lately. This one sounds perfect! I’m adding it to my list to make! Thanks for the recipe!
I always make my smoothies with frozen fruit and a lot of ice (so it helps with my 8 glasses of water a day), but this looks and sounds so good I may do this one as is…
I like veggie smoothies more than fruit since the lower sugar agrees better with my gut. I use flax and hemp seeds every day and just love them. They are quick, great super foods. I also don’t care for really cold drinks and don’t even have a freezer to make ice!
the combination of strawberry and orange is one of my favorites for smoothies. I often add a frozen banana, too, for flavor and texture. And sometimes a touch of vanilla, too (or vanilla yogurt instead of plain).
Thankyou for sharing this awesome sounding Recipe! I love Smoothies! I also love strawberries! I will be trying this one when I start making smoothies again!! ( Warmer weather) I can’t drink cold smoothies in the winter.. I prefer Coffee , Hot Chocolate or water in the cold weather! I will pin this on my Board so I will have it! Have a Great Day!!
