Snappers No Bake Mini Cheesecakes Recipe
Back in November 2015 I was introduced to Snappers as part of a review for this blog. Since that time, I’ve been completely hooked on them! They are the perfect combination of sweet, salty and crunchy and they come in a slew of different flavor combinations.
While they’re not readily available nationwide (just yet) you can find them in the northeast at several different retailers or buy them online. Trust me, they are addictive and super delicious! You can read one of my many reviews by clicking HERE.
Anyway, they sent over this recipe for me to share with all of you and I couldn’t resist! I think I’m going to make a batch of these after I get to the grocery later this weekend. Not only do they look delicious…but they are super easy to make too!
Snappers No Bake Mini Cheesecakes Recipe
One 6 oz bag Original Milk Chocolate Snappers, chopped
½ cup sugar
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
1 tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
Chop Snappers into small pieces. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and blended. Fold in cool whip. Using a muffin pan, spoon in two teaspoons of Snappers crumbles. Press crumbs flat using the back of a spoon. If needed, place a cupcake liner on top of the Snappers before pressing to avoid sticking to the spoon. Fill to top with cream cheese mixture. Top with additional Snappers crumbles or a half Snapper. Refrigerate for 1 hour and enjoy!
