Here in our home…Monday is one of our busiest days of the week! We got work to contend with and the Princess has school during the day and Girl Scout’s during the evening. On Monday nights…I need to get dinner onto the table fast!

When we need quick family-style meals I like to turn to Manwich which can be used in a variety of different ways. This flavorful and tangy sauce contains no meat and can be used to make sloppy joes or you can get creative and use it as an ingredient in a variety of different recipes. You can find a slew of Manwich Monday Recipes directly on their website or come up with your own! In addition, you should Sign-up for ReadySetEat eNewsletter for additional ideas.

Crescent Roll Sloppy Joes

One of my family’s favorites is Manwich Stuffed Crescent Rolls. All you need is a can of Manwich, ground beef, turkey or chicken and a can of crescent rolls. Follow the directions on the can to prepare your filling. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Unroll the crescent roll dough and spoon the filling onto it. Roll the dough back up and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until done. My family loves these served right alongside tator tots or French fries.

When the grandchildren are dining with us…we stick to the original Manwich flavor. I love to see their messy faces when they are done and their bellies are happily full. Bonding around the dining table is a great way for your family to enjoy time together in our hectic world. When it’s just us adults…we like to spice it up and we enjoy the Manwich Bold or the Thick & Chunky. There is a style for everyone!  Plus, mealtime is the time of the day that all phones & electronics should be turned off! Make it a rule at your dinner table!

Manwich Loaded Baked Potato

One of my husband’s favorite things to make with a can of Manwich is a loaded baked potato. He will prepare the filling by following the directions on the can. While it’s simmering he pops a few potatoes into the microwave and microwaves them on high power for 8-10 minutes or until soft. He then spoons the cooked Manwich on top and enjoys! He seriously will eat two of these at meal time and loves them!

We love it here at my home and it sure does make meal time easier on those busy weeknights when I don’t have hours to spend in the kitchen.
