How to Get Smoother and Softer Skin

Skin Care TipsDry and rough skin. I think we all experience it at some point or another. Having dry skin is itchy, uncomfortable and let’s face it ladies, it doesn’t look or feel nice too.

With that said, there are some things you can do to help yourself get smoother and softer skin.

Your skin is the biggest organ in your body. Just like all of your organs, it needs proper hydration to function properly. It’s important that you drink plenty of water, at least six 8 oz. glasses per day.

It’s important to hydrate your skin on the outside too! What do I mean? You need to bathe and shower regularly, so that water and moisture can be absorbed through your skin.

If you have extremely dry skin and/or rough patches…try using a good exfoliator to slough off all of those dead skin cells. You’ll want to use a product like this 2-3 times a week until your problem has resolved.

Body Butter and Hand Cream

Next, you need to invest in a good body butter or cream like the Better Butter Cream by Laline. I use the Cherry Blossom Better Butter Cream and absolutely love it! It has a slight fruity cherry fragrance to it and has the perfect consistency. I slather up my entire body with this stuff and love how soft my skin feels after using it. Not only that…I love that light cherry fragrance!

Fig Hand Cream

If you have dry hands…I do recommend using a skin care product that is specifically formulated to treat your hands. The product that I’ve been using for the past few weeks is the Be My Guest Hand Cream by Laline in the Fig fragrance. I love that this hand cream is in a pump-style bottle and absorbs quickly into your skin. It doesn’t leave behind any sticky or oily residue at all. I’ve been using it for almost 3 weeks now and my hands look 70% better!

The two skin care products that I’ve featured today here in this article are both available at a company called Laline U.S.A. They sell all kinds of great bath and body care products for the entire family.
