I love coffee flavored anything and will try that Colman’s Coffee BBQ Dry Rub–it sounds delish! I don’t care for really cold foods like ice cream but do love the coffee yogurts. I used to have some coffee extract to add to recipes but of course used it all. I like to have instant ground espresso on hand to flavor things as well. Smoothies that are a bit bland are a good one to add the coffee flavor to.
I was not aware of how many coffee flavored products there are out there. I do enjoy my morning cup of coffee but don’t think I would really like it in other foods.
While I am not a coffee drinker, my husband is a first-thing-in-the-morning-two-cups guy and my daughter has one sometimes. They both love the coffee beans in chocolate and coffee flavored yogurt. Never thought about it with mustard as a rub. That is something even I’m interested in trying. Thanks for the recipe and the idea.
A couple of years ago, I won a Duff Goldman prize package here at TCC that included a mocha cake mix. It came with some espresso powder but the cake only took a little of it, so I put the rest in a spice bottle and treated it like a treasure. Just a little bit in frosting or pudding was like coffee-flavored magic. So, thanks again! 🙂
I love the coffee trend! I am going to have to look for these Blue Diamond Oven Roasted Cafe Mocha Flavored Almonds! They sound delicious!! I also love coffee flavored ice cream! Yummo!!
I like coffee flavored foods and I knew about the coffee flavored nuts and yogurt. I appreciate the chance to try other coffee flavored foods, and I like the Colman’s coffee rub.
Nope, not me. I don’t like coffee and I don’t like coffee flavored anything.
