Every Monday, we love to share some of the neat things we got in our mailbox the previous week and we encourage all of you to tell us about the special things you got too! These special things can be gifts you received, special greeting cards or giveaways you won on the web!
Shelly – As usual, I’m behind on doing the Mailbox Monday updates. Sorry! With that said… a few weeks ago a large box showed up at my home. I had entered a giveaway on another blog that was sponsored by a baby company. It included a big prize pack of goodies and I knew my daughter could use those things with the grandbaby so I entered. Lucky for me, I won! Inside the box was a baby nursing pillow, a cover for the pillow, pack of baby bottles, caps & nipples for the bottle, breastfeeding nursing cover and an adorable nightlight. Wow! I was certainly impressed with everything and more importantly Jenelle was pretty happy to get all of these items into her hands.
So….what kind of things showed up in your mailbox last week? Giveaway winnings? Freebie Samples? Gifts? Tell us about them but please skip the depressing bills!
I received a great cookbook called “Making Dough.” As a home baker, I’m excited to learn about how to improve the things I already make, as well as trying things I’ve been afraid to tackle. Love it!
Anne, I LOVE cookbooks! I think I’ve got about 400 now in my collection. I have 3 large bookcases in my basement and keep all of them organized.
Slow week on the mailbox front. I’m still waiting for the Dorcy USB Rechargeable Speaker Lantern that I won from you. They’re usually very quick with their prizes.
Looked closer at the email from Dorcy shipping and it says:
A package was shipped to you on 11/25/2015 via U.S. Postal Service
Priority Mail to the following address: 185 S Kline Way
Double checked the email I sent to you and it had my correct address of 1785 S Kline Way.
Looks like someone at Dorcy put the address in wrong. Just a little dropped ‘7’. oops
I just now emailed back to Dorcy shipping about the mixup.
Since I have been visiting my new grandsons I don’t know what showed up in my mailbox, but the babies love the Douglas Giraffe book and Halo Swaddlesack
