bloom BABY Sensitive Wipes

December 29, 2015 by Shelly

bloom BABY Sensitive WipesBabies have extremely sensitive skin; between weather, products and even touch, their skins are prone to rashes, acne and eczema. With the human skin being the body’s largest organ, it’s imperative we care for it and understand how outside factors affect it.

bloom+KIND CO.’s pure and natural bloom BABY Sensitive Wipes are safe for all skin types. They’re made from 100 percent HydroPure water sourced from a 6,000-year-old Canadian glacier, bloom BABY Sensitive Wipes are plant-enriched, biodegradable and non-abrasive toward baby skin. The wipes are gentle and protect skin as they contain 98 percent natural ingredients and are free from harmful ingredients.

As you all know…I am the grandmother to a precious 3 1/2 month old little boy. I’m fortunate that little Prince spends a lot of time at my home so I always keep myself well-stocked with baby diapers and wipes.

bloom Baby Sensitive Wipes

For this review I received 2 complimentary packs of the bloom BABY Sensitive Wipes to evaluate for all of you. These baby wipes are made from 98% natural ingredients and are safe to use on rash & eczema prone skin. Each wipe is enriched with plant derived vitamins A, B-complex, D, Omega -3 and -6.

With these baby wipes you will find no added fragrance because they are naturally scented. Each of the packages that I received for this review contains 80 jumbo sized wipes with each wipe measuring 8″ by 7″ in size.

For the past 2 to 2 1/2 weeks I’ve been using the bloom BABY Sensitive Wipes on our little Prince. Like most babies, he does have sensitive skin but these wipes do NOT bother him at all.

One of the things that I love about them is their size. I only need to use for pee’d diapers and two for messy diapers. I’ve never had to use more than two with these! Other brands I had to use 4+ wipes to get him thoroughly clean after a bowel movement. Second, these are strong & durable wipes! You will not rip them and put your fingers through them while cleaning your baby.

Personally, I love these new bloom BABY Sensitive Wipes and I’ll definitely be buying more of these!

Have everything ready to go before you start, new diaper, wipes, ointment, and even a change of clothes. That way baby does not have to be left unattended. Also a toy or singing a song helps to distract baby while you are changing them.

I ALWAYS GIVE MY DAUGHTER A TOY TO HOLD WHILE I CHANGE HER DIAPER THAT WAY SHE STAYS STILL WHILE BEING CHANGED 🙂

My #1 diapering tip is to let your baby play with a small toy while changing their diaper! Babies love to wiggle around, and that can make changing their diaper difficult!

I keep everything close by on the changing table. Also, I give my daughter her stuffed teddy to hold while I am changing her, great way to keep your babies hands out of the way. At the end of the day, we all find our own way to handles our babies and the best tips for us.

Its been 40 year since I had to Diaper my Babies We Used cloth Diapers, Safety Pins and put plastic pants over the diaper. My Motto then would be the same as for changing babys now! Always make sure you cleaned your babys Bottom side good before you put on a clean Diaper. Only thing different is Yester we used wash rags today they use wipes..

My number one tip is if you have boys, make sure you cover them up, that cold air will lead to a sprinkler system leak quick! lol My next tip is to always have something exciting for only diaper time to distract the baby. As they get older the hands want to be involved or they want to twist or get up mid change!

My tip would be few different brands of diapers to see which one works best for you and your baby! What worked with my oldest son, didn’t for my youngest! Also, if you don’t want to get pee to the face, put a wash cloth over the man bits, or what have you ( i only have boys)

I am a big fan of cornstarch powder. It’s so good for keeping excess moisture off of baby’s bottom. And, don’t cheap out on the diapers…I love Pampers.

My #1 tip is to get all your supplies, wipes, diapers, ointment, together before you even start changing the diaper. #2 tip is to check on your little one during sleep/nap times to be sure they haven’t done #2 so you don’t leave them sleeping in a dirty diaper.

The best #1 tip I can think of is to have everything ready. Also, a really good tip is to have a little backup pouch with a few diapers and wipes in your glove compartment, on top of keeping the diaper bag stocked. It’s saved us a few times!

My trick is to use the changing table as long as possible and safe. I found my daughter started really squirming around and giving me problems when we moved to the floor. Also, always use the strap on the changing pad to keep them safe on the changing table!

I am just getting back into the groove with my baby grandson and its been awhile since there has been a boy in the family. I have learned the hard way that I need to be quicker and have the diaper over his front if I don’t wanted to get sprayed. I have also learned to make sure I have everything right at hand.

  43. Dianna says

My tip is when they get a little older, give them something to hold while you change them to distract them because once they start twisting and turning on you, it’s hard to get that diaper on them!! And also, bring a changing pad with you when you leave the house; you never know where and when you have to change them!

  47. Joanne Gregory says

    December 30, 2015 at 3:22 pm

Change frequently and wipe well. Cloth diapers are nice to save money but you replace that with the time you have to spend laundering them. Whatever you choose, as long as the baby avoids a sore bottom from diaper rash, you are doing the right thing for you and your baby.

Always have the clean diaper underneath the dirty one so in case while you’re in the middle of changing and the baby isn’t quite finished you don’t have a big mess to clean up.

Safety and security. Babies will fight you as you diaper and move around. It’s natural so make sure they are on a secure surface. Try to stay patient and never leave them or turn your back, especially if they are on a changing table.

I like to have a great box of baby wipes with me at all times and also a dependable diaper. My number two tip is to always have a plan even if you are on an airplane always think ahead and have a plan.

I have two kiddos. And the youngest is still in diapers. We use cloth diapers mostly, but use disposable wipes (they are great for everything! lol). So #1 ALWAYS BRING THE WETWIPES lol try to keep one for the car or when you youre out, as well as clothes.. children are unpredictable! And mine are messy! lol Thank you for the giveaway! happy new year!

I admit I haven’t diapered that many babies but as a nurse, I would have safety in mind as number one. I’d made sure to have everything I need nearby so I wouldn’t have to leave the baby unattended, even for a second. I know when traveling, you always seem to need more diapers than you think you’ll use, so carry a spare or two!
