I’m a chronic migraine headache sufferer. I’ve been suffering with migraine headaches all of my life. Years ago I had some extensive testing done and they found 2 lesions on my brain. These lesions cause me seizures and severe headaches. If you suffer with migraines…you know the pain can be intense and last for days!
When I get a migraine I try to lay down in a cool, dark and quiet place. Yes, I take medication for them but I also try non-medication products to help soothe the pain. One such product that I’ve been using lately are the BeKoool Migraine Soft Gel Sheets. If you’re not familiar with this company, they make the #1 doctor recommended non-medicated fever reducer.
The BeKoool Migraine Soft Gel Sheets can also be used for headache fever relief too! Each sheet can provide up to 8 hours of relief. As soon as you take them out of the package, they are ready to use. Although they are made for your forehead…you can use them on other areas of your body too. For example: If you twist your ankle and need some soothing and cooling relief, place a BeKoool Soft Gel Sheet around your ankle.
In the past I’ve used ice packs and/or cold & wet washcloths to help soothe my head pain. Both of those options are very messy because the ice melts & drips and the wet washcloth is just not effective. These two items were okay, because they were all I had until now.
I received these migraine soft gel sheets a few weeks ago to try out for all of you and I absolutely LOVE them! Matter of fact, I blew through that box that I received for the review and then went out and purchased more. I love that these things are totally portable and can be used any where and at any time! There is no odor, nothing wet to mess with and they are compact in their size.
Just remove one from the package, take off the backing sheet and place it onto your forehead. Lay down and relax. The cooling sensation you get it just perfect…trust me, you won’t be freezing your head off and surprisingly…that cooling sensation lasts for hours.
I do admit…they don’t help my migraines to go away but they definitely help to soothe the pain! You can find BeKoool products in various retailers across the nation (CVS, Walgreens and Rite Aid to name just a few) and you can visit BeKoool online to learn more about their products. I’m giving this one a big 2-thumbs up!

I’ve never heard of them, but reading your review, I thought…those would be great on the back of my neck while I’m doing yard work in the hot summer. Now they are on my list.
Until you reviewed these BeKool products I had not heard of this company. I Am impressed by all the items you have mentioned. These soft gel sheets sound ideal for headaches or sprains.
I haven’t gotten a migraine in years thankfully but still get occasional headaches. I too would use cold washcloths and ice packs but what a pain to have to keep cooling them off so this is a super idea. I think I would like to have some of them just in case because the coolness always worked better for me than any medication.
I got migraines until I went through the ‘change’ then poof they were almost gone. I get one maybe every few months but it isnt near as severe as it used to be. This looks like a good product especially when its warm. There is nothing worrse thn a migriaine in the heat. I would give these a try, they look decent.
I was fortunate to win these on another blog and hope I don’t have to use them! I only get migraines a few times a year, but also get aura migraines, sometimes without pain, sometimes with pain. Anyway, I do sympathize with those having regular migraines. I had patients who were just miserable with them until they got their prescription meds for them.
Ugh, I can sympathize with you. I used to get monthly migraines…..part of my PMS. They’d last for about 3 days. NOTHING would touch that pain. I had some Demerol left over from oral surgery, and I once took some for a PMS migraine, and might just as well have been M&Ms for all the good it did. Now, I just get 2 or 3 a year, but they are killers. The last one was 6 days! I’m giving this a try. Even if it just takes the edge off, it’s worth it!
