The holiday season is upon us and many of us have already started our holiday gift shopping. For myself personally, I started back on September 1st and I am happy to report that I’m 85% done!
When I am shopping for gifts…I like to look for personalized gifts that have a special meaning. The gifts I buy and give to others have to be special pieces that I know they will treasure for a lifetime.
A little over 2 months ago we welcomed a new grandchild into our family. My daughter and her husband had a baby boy back in September of this year. Earlier this month they had their first official family photos done with baby Jaxon included in them. I knew right away that I wanted to get them a special piece of wall art with their family photo printed onto it.

For my review I selected a 12″ by 12″ square Metal Photo Print which is absolutely gorgeous! I have never done a photo on metal print before and I absolutely LOVE this! They are available in a variety of different sizes and they infuse your image right into the surface of a solid sheet of metal.
One of the cool things about this Metal Photo Print is how extremely vivid the colors are…it almost appears to be in 3-D…like you are really standing there and watching the family have their picture taken! Not only that…the printing is extremely crisp and clear. I also love the fabulous sheen finish which really sets it a part from other photo works of art that I’ve had done in the past.
It comes ready-to-hang and has a 1″ thick hidden wooden frame behind it so that the printed sheet of metal doesn’t sit flush against the wall. I really like that because it adds dimension and helps it to stand out. I think it’s gorgeous and I know my daughter is going to LOVE and CHERISH this holiday gift!
