Top 5 Betty Boop Holiday Gifts
Betty Boop is an animated character created by Max Fleischer who first appeared back in 1930 in the short film called Dizzy Dishes. Since her very first appearance, millions of people have fallen in loved with her and many have become die-hard collectors.
Just in time for the 2015 holiday gift-giving season comes an awesome collection of Betty Boop items. Today, I am going to share with you my favorites!
First up…let’s talk about the two pieces that I got to review.
The Betty Boop Capri Pajama Bottoms are made out of 100% cotton. The bottoms are done in a bright pink color and feature an all-over Betty Boop print with yellow polka dots sprinkled in-between. They have an elastic waistband and non-functioning drawstring. One of the things I love about them is their fit…they are slightly over-sized which makes them roomy & comfortable to sleep in. The fabrication is actually perfect for year-round use…even though they are capri length. My mother is modeling them and she is a petite length so they fit her more like a crop pant.
The Betty Boop “Flawless” Cotton T-shirt is adorable! It is your classic style tee with a crew-neckline and short-sleeves. It’s a light-weight tee and on the front is a picture of Betty Boop and the words say “Flawless – I Woke Up Like This No. 1”. How cute is that? Adorable with a capital A. I love the fit on this tee, it’s not overly-boxy but yet it’s not a fitted tee either. The perfect cut for lounging around the house or for sleeping. I chose to pair the tee up with the adorable pajama bottoms!
The Classic Betty Boop Round-Neck Sweater is a must-have for any fan this upcoming winter & holiday season. This sweater is made out of super-soft acrylic and features an adorable Betty Boop design on the front. Too cute!
Betty Boop High-Low Girl’s Tee is for younger girls who can wear sizes 7 through 16. The t-shirt has short-sleeves, a round neck-line and a high-low hem. It’s the perfect style to wear with denim jeans, denim skirt or pair it up with a pair of leggings. Cute!
Love to get dressed up or know someone that does? How about this trendy Betty Boop Pencil Skirt! This skirt will show off all of your beautiful curves with style!
