Many people are finding that eating a diet the is gluten free helps them feel a lot better but when to game day get-togethers, it can be difficult to come up with tasty foods you can eat.
We love football in this house and often we have friends over for game day so I was challenged to find some gluten free finger foods that everyone will love and I can eat too. I had fun finding some old favorites and adding in a few new ones too. Here is what we enjoyed.
Gluten Free Corn Dogs with Dipping Sauces – I shared a recipe a few weeks ago for the Sweet Hot Mustard Sauce and my Homemade Garlic Ranch Dressing. I also made a delicious BBQ sauce that I will share later today.
Chicken Tenders – Homemade chicken tenders is a great addition. It is easy to substitute the breadcrumbs and Panko for crushed Rice cereal seasoned with some Italian Seasoning and granulated Garlic, salt and pepper. These are double coated and fried for a crispier finish so not the healthiest choice. LOL. The dipping sauces worked for these too.
Taquitos – These tasty appetizers are super simple to heat up and easy to serve with sides of salsa, sour cream and/or guacamole. The corn is gluten free and delicious!
5 Layer Bean Dip – I love this easy to make bean dip recipe and so does my family. Perfect for munching along with some corn tortilla strips and salsa. Yum!
Also included was some Deviled Eggs, Spinach Dip, Jalapeno and Artichoke dip and a yummy dessert. The foods came out great and everyone loved them. I think it is safe to say no one cared whether most of it was gluten free foods or not!
Cooking and eating gluten free does not have to be hard when you have a bigger selection of frozen foods, like the Corn Dogs and other selections from Foster Farms to help.

I have several family members that need to eat gluten free so these are nice recipes for me to keep for future use. Everything looks very tasty.
I want to try all of them, but especially the corn dogs. Haven’t had those in a long time.

These are all good recipes, butI think I like the corn dogs with different dipping sauces the most.
