The Leslie Sansone Just Walk Belly Buns & Thighs Slimdown Kit is a combination of a fitness DVD and a cuff for your ankles to use in a special section of the workout. The dvd starts with a 3 mile walk with all of her traditional moves. She is by herself on this set and it is a relaxing walk that you can do in 1, 2, or 3 mile segments. Perfect for beginners or when you want a simple walk.
The Fit Cuff segment is at the end of the workout but you can do them alone too. The Fit Cuff is an ankle cuff with velcro that adjusts for the right fit. Attached to the cuffs are exercise tubes that will stretch and provide resistance for the exercise. The movements that Leslie goes through are simple and can be done while standing up, which I appreciate! They target the thigh, buns and belly too! You can really feel the muscles working hard!
The DVD ends up with one cool down that you can hop over too if you are breaking up the segments. What a great workout that runs for about 45 minutes. Perfect for any day and to target troublesome areas and gain strength in your legs.
