It’s hard to believe but Halloween is only one week away! Wow, this Fall season has really been moving by fast…way too fast for my liking! While I do love Halloween and the candy that goes along with it…I also know that it’s a time when many people over-indulge in the sugary sweets.
Today I’m sharing a recipe with all of you that is courtesy of Chef Anthony Stewart, Executive Chef at Pritikin Longevity Center + Spa. This recipe is perfect for a Halloween party or for a dessert any time of the year. Itβs healthy, sweet, tangy, and oh-so-easy to put together. It will make 4 delicious servings.
Candy Corn Fruit Cup Recipe
2 cups mango cubes
2 cups clementine segments
2 cups fat-free, plain Greek yogurt
Top with zest of clementine.
That’s it…how super simple is that? Plus, it’s kid friendly and one that you could really enjoy all year long. A great way to get the kids (and the adults) to eat more fruits too! Don’t have mangoes? You could substitute with peaches or even some diced pineapples! YUMMY good!

Delicious! This would be fun for Halloween.
I really love this idea – and my youngest grandson actually prefers fruit to most other goodies – when I take him to the store and tell him he can choose 1 treat, it’s usually strawberries, grapes, apples, something like that. Even though he knows I keep a good supply at “Gigi’s house” he knows whatever he picks he doesn’t have to share. I will be making this for him for sure. π
I love mangoes, and this looks great. Almost looks like cocktail (mocktail?). I’ll make this in a heartbeat. And so nice that it’s kid-friendly, too. Yum!
that is too cute! It definitely reminds me of candy corn, which I love!
What a great idea–and a nice change from all the candy, too. I love serving simple things like fruits in pretty glasses like the one in the picture. It always seems to make it more special.
This is a cute idea for a fruit cup that resembles candy corn. I think it would be much easier to find and use pineapple chunks (especially canned in their own juices) instead of mangoes. You want to make it richer you could substitute whipped topping or a marscapone cream and yogurt mixture for the topping.
This looks Delicious for an adult Party! I don’t think many children would like Plain Yogurt! Lol~ But | Would really enjoy it!! It is also the perfect color! Just like the Halloween Candy Corn.. I am going to have to make some of this for myself!! Thankyou for Sharing Your Halloween Dessert!!
Just bought 4 lbs plain nonfat yogurt so adding fruit and I have it. Love mangoes and my kind of healthy recipe. I sprinkle flax meal and cinnamon on top–just to be different!
What a super cute idea. My grandkids would enjoy making this as well as eating it. Thanks for the peaches substitution idea for mangoes. We love mangoes but cant always get them.
This is such a cute idea! I love that it’s easy and healthy too. Thanks for the fun inspiration. π
Pretty and healthy and yummy. Great combination.
Mango and clementines, that’s an interesting mix. I can’t wait to give this a try. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
I can not believe that Halloween is only a week away. Where does the time go? I feel like time is going in fast forward this year. I have never heard of this recipe and it sounds so great for a holiday party. Thanks for sharing this one. Hope you have a great weekend happy Fall.
