Photography…it’s something I just LOVE but not real good at. I’ve been taking photographs all of my life and over the years…I’ve been really improving upon my photography skills. With that said, I’m no expert and I don’t pretend to be one.

I take pictures for all kinds of different reasons. I take them to capture special family moments, travel photos from various vacations and of course…as a blogger I need to take thousands of photographs for my various blogs. On an average week, I will take 75+ photographs.
If you are new to photography or just looking for an easy-to-use photo editing software program, I highly recommend the new Adobe PhotoShop Elements and Premiere Elements 14. These programs are available at Best Buy and are super easy to use! Matter of fact, the software guides you through installing it and then on how to set it up. Once you have it installed & set-up…there are various videos and tutorials available (free) to help teach you the program.

One of the things I love about this software is the new Guided Edits feature. I often don’t trust my own artistic judgement and now with the Guided Edits it will make some suggestions to you on how you can improve the video and/or photo. I found this to be extremely helpful to me and really allows me to get my photos looking beautifully and if I want…I can add some really cool artistic touches to them.

You can view them on 4K and HD TVs which is a totally new feature with Elements 14. If you’re a Facebook addict…you can even create custom Facebook cover photos with this software and it’s super easy to do!
If you are into movie-making and videos…you can edit and view high-resolution 4K movies for the ultimate cinematic experience, and make a splash by easily adding animated titles and transitions. How cool is that? Totally cool!!!
Edit Photos to Make Them Picture Perfect!
Another feature I love about this software is that I can easily organize and find my photos and videos fast! I can file them by a person’s name, location, date, activity, etc. Whatever works for me (or you) is how you can set up your photo and video storage. This make it super easy for me to find my past photos and to organize new ones that I’m creating. It’s all done with the touch of a button and the software walks you through it. Can it get any easier than that? Nope!
I’ve been using this software for the past 2 weeks and absolutely love it! I thought there would be a HUGE learning curve but was super surprised to see that I was doing cool photo editing within 1 hour of installing the software. Yay!

This does sound like an important tool to have to help organize and improve my photos and photographic skills. There really is so much one can do with it and I like the free tutorials.
My daughter is big in photography and programs. She is looking for one easy to cut people out of and add in a new background. Will this work? I don’t know about layers and vectors so I like the idea of tutorials, but I often still feel out of my league. Glad it is working for you and nice to have everything organized.
Yes Sherry…this software package would most likely cover that. I was able to easily crop out things I didn’t want in the photos and I loved being able to change them to black & white and/or sepia tone. I used to use another photo editing software program but honestly…this one is rocking my world. There is so much you can do with it and it’s simple to use!

I love taking pictures and I have a ton of them that I would love to adjust a little bit. I sure would have fun with this item. I think this stuff is so fun and is more like a hobby to me. I love that I can send the finished product to friends and family.
This is something I have to check out. I’d like to get more into photography, and would love all the features that PhotoShop offers. And the organization part. OMG! I can NEVER find the pictures that I am looking for, no matter how sure I am of what folder they’re in. Anything that can help me de-clutter my (online) life is for me. And it’s really reasonable priced, considering all you can do with it.

I’ve used at least a dozen different photo editing software programs over the past 15 years. That includes FREE and paid versions. I really like this one and it’s loaded with great features! I love that I can load in a photo and it will automatically suggest to me improvements that I should make…click if you like the suggestion and it automatically does it. Way cool.
