High protein diets just work better for me when it comes to feeling good and losing weight. I end up snacking a lot during the day on smaller meals so a quick and easy protein meal like this one is perfect and so filling too! This is great for a light lunch, appetizer trays, or just because you need a snack. It cannot get any easier than this and these pack well for lunches to go too! Great for kids and adults alike.
High Protein Meat and Cheese Rollups
Ingredients:
Sliced Deli Meats – This is Roast Beef and Genoa Salami
Sliced Deli Cheese – I used Havarti
Sliced Pickle Spears – optional
Directions: Lay out your larger size meat. Place another slice of a different meat inside along with a 1/2 slice of cheese. Optionally, you can add a pickle. Then, just roll and enjoy. Super simple! Healthy for you!

(High Protein Rollups Recipe) I like making these type of wraps for appetizers when we have our different family get togethers.
Very tasty! I need to eat these since I have a protein deficiency.
These would be great for the guys during football game season!
Nice idea for a high protein lunch. I try something like this several times a week to keep those calories in check.
This is a perfect rollup for my diabetic husband and I love the idea too, although I might add fresh spinach or lettuce to mine.
This is just what I need, as a diabetic. Great looking recipe!
I like roll ups – they’re good and fast!
Thanks for the idea.
Looks good but I WOULD LEAVE OUT THE PICKLE
I do this often for lunches with different meats and cheeses.
Like to try this looks good
Hi Rochelle
Have you tried any of the recipes on the TCC blog yet? We’ve got some of the best!
Thanks for reminding me about these. It’s strange how I go along eating something and then forgetting about it.
These are so easy to make, Il love this. Thank you for sharing this recipe. This is definitely a must try.
I would like to make these for a healthy lunch on the go thanks for sharing I had never thought to make my own.
So simple and versatile. Change up the meat and cheese to completely adapt it to your taste. Plus this is really good for you for protein. My daughter’s doctor recommended this as a snack for her.
