Treat Your Body to Non GMO Herbal Supplements

I am a firm believer in supplements as long as they are excellent quality and do what I need them to do. I love finding products that are healthy and good for you and that includes offering non-GMO ingredients, just like like the supplements that BioTerra Herbs offer. I was happy to try out some herbal supplements and share them with you.

I have had poor eyesight most of my life. I think I started wearing glasses in the 3rd grade and every year it worsened, with my prescription getting stronger and stronger. Today, my eyes are still a mess so when I was sent the BioTerra Vision herbal supplement to try, I knew it was a great addition to my routine.

By the end of the day, my eyes are usually so tired and strained from working on the computer all day plus anything else I do, such as reading or crafts. Tired and itchy eyes are no fun but by taking the Vision herb blend I found that my eyes feel less stressed and feel better overall. It is a subtle change but one that I recognized as I often have to take eye breaks in the afternoons. Will it improve my eyesight over time? Who knows? But that is a chance I am willing to take!

If there is one thing that I hate, it is getting a virus from germs. I get kind of freaked out when I catch a cold or illness by touching something or someone. I am very cautious with items that are used by many people, especially shopping carts. I always wipe them down before use and since doing that, I haven’t been sick in several years.

With school back in session, I also am very careful about using keyboards and other items in the classroom. I am diligent about wiping them down before use. You never know who has used them. Plus I was sent the BioTerra Herbal Supplement Immunity to add to my daily vitamin dose. This is just right for helping to fight off icky illness and support your immunity system so you can stay healthy. Is it working? So far so good!! No illness for me! Knock on wood. LOL
