Back-to-School with Umi Children’s Shoes

August 11, 2015 by Shelly

Umi Marvene Mary JanesIt’s hard to believe but summer will be winding down soon and the kids will be heading back-to-school. Over the past 2 weeks we’ve been busy going out school shopping with Gia and getting her all of the clothing and supplies that she will need.

One of my favorite place to shop for kid’s footwear happens to be Umi because they have some of the best children’s shoes on the planet! Gia has been wearing Umi children’s shoes for the past 4 years and is one of her go-to brands!

For this review we selected the Marvene Mary Janes in the Pink Multi-Color to review for all of you. These adorable girl’s shoes are also available in Purple Multi-Color too. If you have never ordered shoes from Umi…from my personal experience I find that they run about a 1/2 size big which is okay for us because they give Gia room to grow.

Girls Animal Print Mary Janes from Umi

They feature animal-print leather uppers, a hook & loop adjustable closure and a flexible man-made sole. One of the features you will ONLY find with Umi is their Plush removable insoles, engineered with UmiCloud™ Tech memory foam. This memory foam makes their shoes extremely comfortable and no break-in period is needed.

One of the reasons we selected the Marvene Mary Janes is because they can be worn with everything! Gia can wear them to school with her capris, jeans, leggings, skirts and dresses. Second, we love that they don’t have any shoelaces or buckles to fumble around with. The hook & loop closure is easy to operate and they stay securely on her feet until she takes them off. Finally, you just can’t beat the comfort factor! No break-in period and she can wear them all day long and not get sores on her feet!

Girls Shoes from Umi

From past experience…I know that these shoes from Umi will last until Gia outgrows them. That’s right…the quality is definitely there and she always outgrows them before they ever get close to wearing out. That’s a wise investment for sure!

Head on over to Umi Children’s Shoes and take a look around. They have the cutest shoes for boys and girls. Looking for a deal? I highly suggest you check out their “clearance” section for back-to-school deals!
