The MedCenter Traveler Weekly Pill Organizer

August 15, 2015 by Shelly

MedCenter Traveler Weekly Pill OrganizerMy husband and I do a lot of traveling. Sometimes we travel for pleasure but most of the time it’s for business. We can be away just for the weekend or for up to 2 weeks at a time. We’ve become quite the professionals when it comes to packing and unpacking!

With all of that said…we both take several prescription and non-prescription medications. When we travel…it’s just not feasible for us to drag around 20 bottles of medications and/or vitamins along with us. Nope…just not feasible!

MedCenter Traveler Weekly Pill Organizer

Recently I was introduced to a product called the MedCenter Traveler Weekly Pill Organizer and Nylon Travel Pack. This one simple product has made our travel lives so much easier!

The Weekly Pill Organizer and Nylon Travel Pack includes 7 plastic daily pill boxes. Each of these pill boxes have 4 different compartments (one for morning, lunch, evening and bedtime medications).

Each pill box is color-coded and marked with the day of the week. After you fill up the boxes with your pills you will want to insert them into the nylon travel pack with the “green” side facing up. This means that all of your pills are inside and are waiting to be taken. Once you have pulled that box out and completed taking all of your medications for that day…slip it back into the nylon travel pack with the red side facing up which shows that day has been completed. I love that within a few seconds of opening up the travel pack I can see which days are done and which days still remain.

The entire system is small & compact. It fill fit in your handbag, briefcase, carry-on bag, weekender bag or in your luggage. Furthermore, it’s very light-weight and really doesn’t add any weight to your bags.

I absolutely love this concept! In the past I always had to pack a separate bag and toss in all of our individual medication containers. By the time I was done…there would be 20+ bottles of medication between the two of us in one bag! Well, this product has solved the problem for one of us every time we travel together. Now…we need a second one so that we have completely eliminated the problem altogether. Love it!

This looks like a great pack for organizing medications. I like that you turn it around when finished so that the red side faces up.

I know what you mean about traveling with meds. I have a smaller less specific case. Yours would make it easier for daily organization of them. Thank you for introducing me to this pack.

Hubby uses a weekly pill container. I think this one os nice because you can actually carry it without woorryiing one of the compartments will come open.

I love that it has so many places and conveniently separated. My daughter and I were just talking about pill organizers for her pills, and she was saying that morning and night doesn’t cut it. She has to take throughout the day. This would be a big help to her at home and on the go.

Looking on their web site, they have some elaborate med reminders with alarms and everything–great for those young and old that can’t remember or are super busy, to take their meds.
