I have been enjoying fresh juicing recipes for 5 months now. One of the best purchases I have made was my Nutribullet. It allows me to whip up a combination of fruits and veggies into a juice that is so good for you. I feel so much better inside! I am just loving the results.
I love to try different blends and this one I did the other day for my mid morning snack was so tasty! A bit sweet and full of nutrients. Yum! If you enjoy pineapple, you will like this one.
Refreshing Pineapple Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
Chunked Pineapple, canned in juice- or fresh if you have it
Sliced Cucumber
1-2 stalks of celery
Hand full of Spinach Leaves
1/2 to 3/4 cup of Pineapple Juice
Filtered Water to blend
Directions:
In a blender cup or Nutribullet cup, add all ingredients and blend until smooth.

I love pineapples. This smoothie sounds delicious to me. I definitely would love to try it. It’s also good for you so in my book, that’s an added plus~ I am wondering if you could add coconut to it then you would have a pina colada Smoothie! :0) Have a great day!!

Pineapple goes well in smoothies. You could also add a slice of apple.

I like veggie smoothies with a bit of fruit, since total fruit smoothies are just too sweet for me, It adds lots of fiber to help satisfy you longer too. Any tropical flavor is great!
