For the past 25+ years I have been a “hot” sleeper with menopause induced hot flashes. All of this was brought on when I was 21 years old and had a total hysterectomy with no hormone replacement. Every night when I go to sleep I am awaken at least 5 times due to sweating and hot flashes. It has been an on-going nightmare for me for 25 years until now!

Now onto the important feature. Does that Outlast technology work? Absolutely! I already have the mattress pad on my bed and it has greatly reduced the amount of times I wake up at night all hot & sweaty from hot flashes. I was super excited to finally get my hands on the bed pillow and I wasn’t disappointed at all. Now my comfort in bed at night is even more enhanced and I definitely do sleep a lot cooler! It’s absolutely FANTASTIC and I can honestly tell you that it’s the best bed pillow that I’ve ever owned!

This sounds like a wonderful pillow. I Am glad that you have found something that will help you with your hot flashes and night sweats, but is also comfortable for regular use.
This sounds like the perfect pillow. Sometimes I feel hot and sometimes I feel cold, it would be great to have a pillow that adjusts to temperature changes under the covers. Thank you for sharing this review.
Love this idea and the technology behind it. I have to deal with hot flashes, night sweats and flipping the pillow. I like how this absorbs heat. I’ve been looking at new pillows and will put this on the list to check out. Thanks.
