We all love our pets. They become part of our family and much like our children to an extent. My dog Louie is no different. He is my hubby’s best bud and he loves to spend time with me while I am working, crashed on the couch or floor. He also loves to get silly.
I think it is hilarious to see a dog or cat go a bit crazy and let loose. With Louie this happens in 2 places mainly – when snuggling in for bed or when he goes to the park where he can run free! When snuggling in for bed, he always has to turn in circles or rub his face on the blankets and really get in there to get comfy. He loves to flip on his back and pretend to be passed out with his fangs showing, just like in this picture. Then he gives you a crazy, wild eyed look that makes you crack up!
I had a Rottie/Lab cross many years ago that loved dirty Laundry. She would sleep in the dirty clothes pile. Even when it was in a basket, she would dump it over so she could make a bed and sleep there. She always smelled like dirty socks… but she loved us immensely, and we her! She was an awesome dog!
I love the different personality’s pets display. It is no wonder they become such good friends to us. Does your pet have any crazy antics they love to do? Share some below.

We do not have any pets at this time, but I love how each animal is unique and can be appreciated for his or,her different personality traits. Your Louie is funny.
When our dog Otis (a beagle-lab mix) gets to the end of his lead but what he wants is beyond his reach, he stands on his hind legs and waves his front paws up and down. It’s so cute! Frustrating for him, unfortunately. but he gets his treat when he comes back inside. Like Louie, Otis also lies on his back and gives a toothy upside-down grin.
Oh, we had a crazy dog back in the 90s, lol. His name was Fred, he was half Doberman & half German Shepherd. He would drag his bedding out of his doghouse & drag it around the lawn with him, then howl like crazy for me to come & put it back in his house. He would chase his own tail in circles! If it started to snow, he would stand in the yard & bark at the snow as it dared to land in his yard, but he had to be forced to come indoors out of the snow!
I have a ton of animals both inside and out and it is a consttant circus. Oneof the cats (Spyder) has a catitude. When he doesnt get his way he goess around knocking things off of tables. When he is mad at hubby he goes upstairs to where he keeps his computer and you can heaar him throwing pens and anything else off the desk.
I have 2 border collies but no sheep. So my youngest bc herds the older one, who is really offended at being considered the younger one’s “flock”.
Our two little dogs are con artists. They act like they just have to go outside to go potty because they know they will get a treat when they come back into the house but most of the time they really don’t have to go potty.
