The key to sticking to your diet while still enjoying your meal this summer may be closer than you think- think backyard close. We’re referring to your grill of course! Give your vegetables, meats and fish a whole new taste by throwing them on the grill. Grilled food offers many health benefits, including your vegetables will retain more vitamins and minerals, excess fat from meats is lost and there’s no reason to add butter or other oils to the surface!

I love steak & can’t wait to try to make this one. Thanks for sharing the recipe…yummy!
Oh man, the steak in that picture is gorgeous! Funny that it shows carrots on the side, though, when the recipe includes grilled mushrooms and peppers. I’d happily eat either on the side!
The steak looks delicious and thei is a dry rub I shall be trying soon. Grilling foods can add a whole, new flavor to,them.
Can I just come over to your house for dinner? No grill and I love steak.
It looks as good as I imagine it tastes! Great recipe!
This looks like it is grilled to perfection. Just add veggies and the meal is complete.
This sounds so yummy. My husband usually on puts soy sauce and garlic powder on them. They are good but I think this will take it to a another level. Thank you for the recipe.
I have to cheat since I don’t have a grill, but have been enjoying some grilling spices on my food, that came in a Fitsnack monthly box. I love adding liquid smoke to things too, to give that smoky flavor with little effort.
That looks good to me! I’d like to have a good steak, which translates as one cooked by someone else, lol.
This steak looks super delish and one recipe that I really want to try this summer thanks for sharing.
