Bon Appetit Roasted Vegetable Thin Crust Pizza

Bon Appetit Roasted Vegetable Thin Crust Pizza
I love to keep frozen pizzas on-hand for times when I need a quick & easy lunch or dinner. They are also great to keep on-hand for when company is staying with us or when unexpected guests decide to drop in.

With that said, I am really picky about the frozen pizzas that I buy. I like them to have a thin crust, not be saturated in pizza sauce and I love my pizza toppings to be plentiful. In other words, don’t skimp on the toppings and flood my pizza with sauce!

Bon Appetit Roasted Veggies Pizza

Recently I had the opportunity to try the Bon Appetit Roasted Vegetable Thin Crust Pizza. These pizzas come in several different varieties, so there is a flavor for every pizza lover in your home.

These pizzas really bake up fast. Remove from the box, place on your oven rack (I use a baking sheet) and bake for 13-15 minutes in a preheated 425 degree oven. That’s right, lunch or dinner can be on the table in less than 25 minutes…flat!

After our pizza was done baking…we sat down to eat it. Each pizza has 3 servings and I would agree with that if you cut it into 6 slices, 2 slices for each person.

As you can see…there are plenty of toppings on this pizza and they didn’t skimp on that at all. Our crust was a thin crust that was crunchy, but NOT brick hard like most thin crust pizzas. It was perfect in my opinion. Second, they had just the right amount of pizza sauce and cheese on this pizza!

Overall, I was really impressed with this Bon Appetit Thin Crust Roasted Vegetable Pizza. It was the first time we’ve ever tried a pizza from this line and I admit…IMPRESSED is the word for the day! Matter of fact, I am ready to ditch my standard brand and go with this brand for sure! I am super excited to try out some of the other flavor varieties and will be picking up two more from the grocery store this weekend.
