Smoothies are healthy, good, and a great way to get in some fruit and yogurt. I’m not a yogurt fan so putting it into a smoothie really helps. The sunrise smoothie sounds so good, too.

I put coconut oil in most everything and it really improves the taste. I’d go without the juice to decrease the sugar content and thicken it up the way I like it.

Smoothies are so good. I often have them for lunch. It wouldn’t have occurred to me to add coconut oil or a flax-hemp blend, but I can see how that would up the nutritional value.

These both sound like delicious smoothie recipes and I am willing to give them a try. My smoothies have been very unimaginative and I want to add things like flax seed to them.
