I love subscription boxes…especially beauty and foodie boxes which allow me to try out new products on a monthly basis. It’s a great way to be introduced to new items and to be constantly stocked up on the items that I love.
SquareHue offers subscription boxes where you get fresh nail color delivered to your home every month! As a nail polish diva, I appreciate boxes like this! If you would ask my husband, he would tell you that I am a nail polish addict because I never have naked nails and I am always buying more polish!
These carefully curated colors come nicely packaged in a box. Inside your box you will find a card giving you information about the current month’s collection. My box is from TheDecadesCollection from 1950. The card doubles as a Color Swatch Keeper and has the name of each polish printed on it and you simply swipe the color on the card for easy reference. This is hand for gals like me that own over 50+ polishes at any given time.
My box included:
* Palm Springs 1950 is a high gloss creme polish in a lovely ivy green color.
* Bel Air 1957 is a high gloss creme polish in a beautiful light sky blue color.
* Sock Hop 1958 is a high gloss creme polish in a beautiful bubble gum pink color.
My grand daughter came over a few days ago (she’s 6 years old) and we have bi-monthly nail painting parties. It’s a great way for her & I to spend time together and she loves getting her nails painted.
We spent the afternoon painting our nails & toes and had a wonderful time! One of the things I love about these polishes is their actual shades. Sometimes pastel shades come out looking too kiddish for me but these are actually perfect for all ages! Second, I love that I ONLY needed 2 coats. With light shades like this, I often times have to apply 3 coats to get even coverage but found 2 coats was sufficient with these.
Finally, I got great wear from them. I didn’t need any touch-ups on my nails for 6 days and on my toes for 8 days. That’s fabulous for someone who is hard on her nails!
Let’s talk about membership! This is a monthly subscription box. Every month they deliver 3 bottles of high-quality nail polish to your front door for only $14.99. There are NO long-term contracts. You sign up online which only takes 2-3 minutes to do. You can end your subscription at any time with no penalties. Order for yourself or order these boxes for gifts. It’s really that easy!
Head on over to SquareHue to learn more about the company and their monthly subscription boxes. I absolutely LOVE these!!!

These nail shades are beautiful colors, but I am most impressed by the fact that you didn’t need any touch up for about a week
I love the way they were packaged with that reference card. Great idea and way to easily know what colors you have. I recently stepped out of my comfort zone and went with a turquoise on my toes. Colors are fun to play with, but it’s hard to make the right choice.
I love SquareHue nail polish shades! They seem to have every possible color in every shade, lol.
“own over 50+ polishes at any given time.” – That must take up a lot of space. I have one bottle that I used for a big party a year ago. How long does polish last?
I have a medicine cabinet installed in my one storage closet and all 5 shelves hold my nail polish collection. I change my colors weekly (fingers and toes) plus my DD borrows some and I do the Princess too. I toss all polish that is 1 year old.
I like beauty and foodie subscription boxes as well. Square Hue is new to me, but I don’t think I would subscribe to this because in my beauty boxes a prefer a variety of products, so I wouldn’t want to receive a box that contains nothing but nail polish. This would be a great gift for someone who is seriously into nail polish. Thank you for sharing this review.
Pretty, pretty colors for this time of year! In the cold months, I love the dark colors, the marroons and burgandies, even black…but these look spring/summer. Very cheery-looking! I also like that you are not locked into a long contract. Time to start re-growing my nails!
Those are beautiful colors! I love these subscription boxes and it is such a great way to try new things!
