Refreshing Minty Mojito Cocktail Recipe

When it heats up, we just want to cool down! Summer brings to mind cool, refreshing drinks and the well known Mojito is one that is perfect for the summer heat wave. It is not hard to make up a batch for friends to sip and enjoy on the weekend, especially when it becomes low calorie and light with the help from Sparkling Ice. Why not give this recipe a try?

Minty Mojito Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:
· 4 oz. Lemon Lime SPARKLING ICE
· 2 oz. Bacardi Limon Rum
· 6 Mint leaves lightly muddled
· Splash of Lime

Directions:

· Muddle ½ of the mint leaves into the bottom of a collins glass
· Shake and pour SPAKRLING ICE and Barcardi Limon into a chilled tall glass with ice
· Garnish with a lime slice and remaining mint leaves

  5. Well I love lemon-lime and rum extract when I’ve used it, lol. I would use the non alcoholic version since it does sound refreshing.

    Still a teetotaller here…but you may just win me over with this one. Looks SO good and refreshing for hot days. And cocktails always look so classy to me. I remember Victor Laszlo in Casablanca ordering a champagne cocktail – seems like the height of sophistication!
