I am slightly obsessive about keeping my skin hydrated, especially when it’s hot and dry outside. I’m constantly trying different types of lotions hoping to find new ones to introduce into my beauty arsenal this summer. Lucky for me, I was asked to try Moody Sisters organic body lotion and have definitely found a new favorite. I tried out the Perky Pink Grapefruit scent (love, love, love the scent), which is an invigorating and uplifting citrus blend that I’ve been applying after my shower in the morning.

Moody Sisters Organic Skincare was created by two sisters from Washington that shared the desire to find organic skincare remedies for their family’s moody skin. The sisters developed and tested their lotions, toners and deodorants and realized that not only did they enjoy these natural products, but others would too. The Moody Sisters have a full line of products ranging from sensitive skin cleansers and moisturizers to blemish and oil control products, from luxurious lip balms to aluminum-free deodorants and scrubs. Each product is carefully handmade to rejuvenate and brighten skin the way nature intended.

Moody Sisters Whipped Body Lotion

The Perky Pink Grapefruit Whipped Body Lotion that I tried out is a handmade 100% natural body moisturizer that’s loaded with skin hydrating ingredients like Jojoba oil, Glycerin, Allantoin (comfrey extract), Vitamin E, and Heal-All infused water that absorb quickly into your skin. This organic lotion is whipped up with all natural, vegan and earth-derived body butters and is perfect for using all over your body and can also be used as a facial moisturizer at night for those with oily skin, or a before-makeup moisturizer for those with dry, normal, or combination skin. The Whipped Body Lotion is safe and effective and gentle enough for all skin types and can be used by the whole family, even kids.
