I love tea and drink it every day. I have not had the pleasure of drinking a sparkling tea so I was interested in checking out this cool product. Blending chai teas and bubbles sounded so good and the folks at ChaiElixir thought so too! I was sent a few bottles to try out and play around with and I was pleasantly surprised!
ChaiExilir offers three flavors of this tea blend. The Fusion offers soft vanilla notes and bold oolong tea flavor that allows for endless possibilities for simple and sophisticated cocktail creations. Not to mention just plain enjoyment straight.
In addition to the Fusion blend, they offer Vivid, which is a blend of crisp green tea and citrus, and Essence offers a combination of white tea and delicious peach infusions. These bubbly drinks are bottled in elegant glass with a convenient twist off top for quick and easy access. This line of reduced-sugar, sparkling, chai teas are a great non-alcoholic offering at parties and events, but each can also pair with favorite liquors to create a quick, simple cocktail too.
My favorite was the Fusion. I loved the hint of vanilla with the sparkling tea flavor. It is refreshing and not too sweet like some bottled teas. Plus oolong is a favorite tea of mine too. I did not get to try the Essence, but it sounds like I would have enjoyed it too! The Vivid is the green tea blend and while good, it was not my preference as I am not a huge fan of green tea.

Two parts non-alcoholic ChaiElixir Fusion
One part vodka of choice
Mix together and enjoy on the rocks, or finished with an orange peel, cinnamon stick, or other spice garnish for an added touch of “Refreshing Effervescence”.

Tea is my favorite drink, but I Have never tried these bubbly versions. These Fusion drinks sound good and I shall,have to get them to try alone or mixed in drinks.
