Breathe Easier and Sleep Better with Breathe Right Nasal Strips

June 30, 2015 by Shelly

breathe right nasal stripsAre you a mouth breather? Living with someone who is? Well guess what? Now you can combat that mouth breathing the drug-free way with Breathe Right Nasal Strips.

For myself personally, I am not a mouth breather unless I am sick with a cold or sinus infection and lately, I have had plenty of those! My husband on the other hand, snores like a freight train caused my sleep apnea and my mother is right there along with him!

If you suffer from nighttime nasal congestion, Breathe Right® nasal strips are a drug-free and clinically proven to instantly lift your nasal passage and open your nose to help you breathe better so you can sleep better.

When added to a cold or allergy regimen, Breathe Right® nasal strips can instantly open your nose up to 38% more than decongestants alone. Breathe Right® nasal strips provide a variety of options to appeal to the needs of many, whether it is a calming scent or sensitive skin.

Recently I received 5 boxes of the Breathe Right Nasal Strips to try out for all of you. Four boxes are the unscented EXTRA strips and one box of the new Lavender scented strips. I am not a huge fan of Lavender anything so I decided to let my mother use these.

My mom has had her nose broken twice and has had numerous nose & sinus surgeries the past 3 years. She is indeed a mouth breather and boy, she can ROAR when she gets cooking. Okay, sorry Mom, I just embarrassed you on the Two Classy Chics blog. Anyway, Mom stays at our home 1-2 times a week and travels with us pretty often. She has a reputation for keeping me up at night with all of her snoring and mouth breathing.

Breathe Right Nasal Strips

I left mom test out the Breathe Right Lavender Nasal Strips and she started putting them on every night before she went to bed. Those strips have made a HUGE difference in how she sleeps (and of course, how we sleep) and she can now sleep breathing through her nose! She is completely hooked on them and will NOT sleep without them. She is getting a much more peaceful sleep at night now.

The Breathe Right EXTRA Nasal Strips are the ones that hubby and I’ve been sharing. One of us seems to always have a cold or sinus infection. Putting one of those strips on before we go to bed at night really opens up those nasal passages so that we can breathe easier at night.

They are super easy to use. Just peel off the backing and apply them to you nose according to the box directions. They have a built-in “spring-like” band that helps to keep your nasal passages open. They are totally comfortable to wear and you don’t even know they are on!

My husband snores a lot. I have to sleep in the other room at times. I have tried them once on him and it did work but he feels uncomfortable with it on. I can get them on when he is sleeping and then maybe we can all rest.

I snore horribly, well I use to anyway. These strips are great but if you or a partner snores intensely, please do yourself and your loved one a favor; get a sleep study.
I snored so loudly you could hear me through an open window at the curb of my house, not kidding here, my poor wife endured this for almost two decades. Finally, I had a sleep study done and found out that I have profound apnea. The treatment has quite literally saved my life 🙂 My wife uses these strips and loves them because they alleviate her nasal congestion…no apnea for her! Just my $.02 thanks for the giveaway!
