Natural Anti-Aging Face Cream from Mad Hippie

May 2, 2015 by Carol

mad hippie advanced skin careI will be turning 66 years old in September and over the past 4 years or so, I’ve really started seeing the signs of aging. I’ve got fine lines & wrinkles around my eyes and mouth. On top of that, I’ve got age spots that dot my cheeks and forehead which I am not fond of those either.

When shopping for skin care products, I look for natural products with anti-aging properties like the ones found at Mad Hippie. They are your go-to source for natural face cleanser, eye & face creams, serums and other skin care products that you need.

For the review I received the Mad Hippie Advanced Skin Care Face Cream which is made for all skin types. It contains 12 natural active ingredients with Peptides, Acai, Argan Oil and Resveratrol.

Genuine flower power, natural antioxidants & active essentials work hand in hand to liberate the skin from signs of aging. By leaving out harmful chemicals, parabens, synthetic color & fragrance, Mad Hippie helps your skin achieve true harmony.

To Use: Gently massage cream into the skin, particularly around wrinkle prone areas.

I got this Advanced Skin Care Face Cream a little over 2 weeks ago for the review. It comes in a pump-style non-aerosol bottle which is really easy to use. I’ve been applying it around my eyes, on my forehead, cheeks and around my mouth. A little bit goes a very long way.

Some people apply their face creams with facial sponges but I prefer to use the tips of my fingers. I’ve been cleansing my face first and then following up with this face cream. I do this only at night, before bedtime.

I appreciate that it has no fragrance to it at all. The consistency of the product is great too…it’s a liquid but not watery nor too thick at all. Once applied, it leaves behind no oiliness or stickiness and is absorbed into your skin within seconds.

After 16 days I haven’t seen any reduction in my fine lines or wrinkles yet but what I am seeing that I am really impressed about is the moisture content in my skin. I had some dry patches around my nose which are completely gone now and my skin feels smoother & softer to the touch. I am going to continue to use the product for sure!

Mad Hippie, did they name it after me? Stilla flower child after all these years! But if it leaves the toxic chemicals, that’s fine for me! Bring back 1969!

I’m always willing to try something that leaves out the chemicals! I have diabetic dry skin, so I’m always looking for something that works!

I love trying new face creams. From trying samples, I’ve found some great ones but my old standbys are Oil of Olay if they are on sale.

Those drry patchs make faces look older, so if it is helping that, it might be worth it to check into this product. Being older I know dry skin can really make your face feel older than it should be. Sounds like a nice product.
