My husband and I are avid travelers and we especially enjoy visiting new and exciting destinations. One of the places on our to-see list is Puerto Rico. We have heard so many positive things about visiting there and since we are working on our vacation list for later this year, I was checking out some of the Must Do sights The All-Star Island has to offer.
One of the great things I found is that it is an easy flight out of Philly and we need no passport or currency exchange. Because it is a US Commonwealth, it is like traveling to another state.
Because I love the ocean, one of the things on my Must See list is the beaches. Puerto Rico has over 270 miles of amazing beaches and they were featured in the Top 10 list by the Travel Channel. Plus they have Bioluminescent bays at Mosquito Bay in Vieques where you can literally glow! This has to be on our itinerary! And you can kayak the Bay at night too. I bet that is amazing!
Another thing has has to go on my list is sailing out of Old San Juan. The oceans and the city combined will make an magical day. Touring the islands and experiencing the beaches is something I really want to do.
There are so many activities that Puerto Rico has for both families and couples. I spied information on a Chocolate Festival, Golf tournaments and the food and restaurants are amazing too! Puerto Rico is filled with world-class attractions that will turn any trip into a fabulous vacation.
You can plan and Live your own 5-star vacation story in Puerto Rico.! Check out the video below and see all of the cool things to do there. I think that this will be an amazing vacation. My Must Do itinerary is filing up fast!

I visited Puerto Rico years ago,and it was wonderful. I would love to,return and enjoy all the beautiful sites, food and events.
I do have a passport, but I think it’s great that you don’t need one to go there.
I’m all for vacations based around beaches and the water…food too of course. Wow. Sounds amazing all ready – can’t wait to see pics. A beach you can glow on….Chocolate….Sailing! Have fun.
I have friends that have stayed there on vacation for over a month and loved every minute of it. So many great adventures out there.
I’ve never been to Puerto Rico, but I’d love to go! Espcially the beaches and the old sites! (And the Chocolate Festival!) I’m alleady familiar with the culture and the food, as I live in NYC and grew up in the South Bronx. Vive San Juan!
