Let’s talk about beauty…real beauty! I am not talking about all of those models you see gracing the covers of magazines or walking down the runway. What I am talking about is everyday beauty for the real woman…women like me!
I was taught about beauty at the age of 13 by my mother. I’ve always admired her natural beauty and even to this day at the age of 65, she is still beautiful. I remember my mom sitting me down and explaining to me that beauty comes from within, however…There is nothing wrong with lightly enhancing your external beauty too.
From the age of 13 and until now…I’ve always been a prolific face washer. Twice a day I wash my face with my Dove beauty bar which gently cleans my face without drying it out. I love how I can clean my face and remove my light make-up all with one simple product…Dove soap!
Every other day I do apply a facial moisturizer at bedtime and a topical serum to help prevent & reduce fine lines & wrinkles. Every once in awhile I do get an acne breakout and then I will treat that for a day or two…then back to my normal routine. That’s right ladies, I keep it simple!
