During pregnancy your body goes through many changes. Skin tends to get dry, tightens up and most women will develop stretch marks. This will occur when your body grows faster and your skin can’t keep up. Don’t fret though, there are some things you can do to help prevent stretch marks or at the very least, decrease their appearance.
1. Drink plenty of fluids (water) and keep your body hydrated.
2. Get plenty of “safe” exercise during pregnancy.
3. Don’t gain baby weight too fast. Slow and steady wins the race.
4. Use products on your body to help prevent the appearance of stretch marks like the Palmer’s Cocoa Butter lotions & creams.
For the review I received 3 Palmer’s products. Two are specifically made to help reduce the appearance of stretch marks and the third is a bust firming massage cream.
The Palmer’s Massage Cream for Stretch Marks contains vitamin E, collagen, elastin and shea butter. You can use it on your tummy, hips, thighs and bust. It has a very light, clean & fresh fragrance to it. To use, apply the cream to the target area and massage in. I found that it really absorbs quickly and increased the moisture content in my skin.
The Palmer’s Spray Lotion for Stretch Marks contains vitamin E, collagen, elastin and Bio C-Elaste. You can use this aerosol spray lotion on your tummy, hips, thighs and bust. It is a very light-weight formula that dries super quickly and will even help to soothe itchy skin. Out of the two, I really liked this one a tad better due to the convenience of it being a light-weight spray. Just like the first one, I saw the moisture content in my skin greatly improved.
The Palmer’s Bust Firming Massage Cream contains cocoa butter and vitamin E. It is dermatologically tested and will help to firm and tone your bust. It can be used during & after pregnancy or weight loss. The product comes in an easy-to-use squeeze tube and a little bit goes a long way. I like that it quickly absorbs and leaves no stickiness behind.

I love this brand and it lasts too. I had some in a small container and opened it the other day to see if it was still good and years later, it is and I’m using every bit of it and getting more!
