Healthy Tropical Fruit Smoothie Recipe

One of the best purchases I have made this year is my NutriBullet. It allows you to whip up nutritious smoothies, juices and even soups in a flash. I have been juicing fruits and veggies for several months now and I thought I might share some of the recipes that I have been using to help me lose weight. This one is a favorite of my family and it is so easy, it literally takes 2 minutes to prepare.

If you like it a little bit sweeter…feel free to add a 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of honey.

  7. I have a Magic Bullet I use to make smoothies. It never occurred to me to add flax seeds, but I imagine they add some thickening to the mix, as well as nutrition. Thanks!
