Hard to believe that it’s time for another “Almost” Wordless Wednesday post! Usually I share travel or nature photos but today, I am doing something a little bit different.
The photo I am sharing today was taken almost 5 years ago and is one of my beautiful little grand daughter. This is one of my favorite photos from her first year of life for many different reasons. First…she is wearing the “Grandma” bib that I bought her. Second, she was visiting our home when the photo was taken and Third…Well, she just had the cutest little face & smile when the picture was taken!
The Princess is going to be a big 6 years old later this month and I am always amazed at how quickly our children and grandchildren grow up. It sure would be nice if they stayed small, cute & snuggly for a longer period of time!!! LOL
Luckily for me…I am going to be a grandmother again to a little Prince when he arrives later this summer. Yup, another grandchild for me to spoil.

This is a very cute photo and I can understand why you treasure it. I am sure you are looking forward to the arrival of,your grandson. We too shall be grandparents in a few months and ar alkyd excited by that prospect.
She is absolutely adorable, I once had a cousin who told me when my daughter was 2 years old that at that age we should put a brick on her head, I asked her what??? why on earth would you do that and she told me that those were the years of 2, 3 and 4 when you wish you could keep them young and stop them from growing older, never realized it until after, but it does make sense. As I am sure you remember, I lost my son at the age of 36 last January, but God blessed us with his little boy who I absolutely just love to pieces. I know just how you feel! I adore my grands and my children also. I can’t believe how fast the time goes by.
Aww, she is a cutie! My Mom certainly would agree with you! She thinks the sun rises & sets because of my niece & nephews, lol!
I am also expecting a grandchild in the next few months. I cant believe how excited and how much fun it is to shop for baby outfits.
She is an adorable Baby! I know how fast time flies. My Grandchildren (8 of them) Are either adults or teens. Except for my Josh he is almost 8 Lol !! I also have 5 Great Grand children now. Sometimes I Just sit Back & I just can’t believe all the years that have gone by!!!! Their is nothing like the Special love you feel towards your Grandchildren! I see mine all the time! What an adorable picture, and congrats on the new grandson waiting to arrive! I have 3 granddaughters who live 1,000 miles away, but I’ve never met them. They are 9, 7, and 3 months. Maybe one of these days…….but they way things are between their mother and me, I doubt it. Meanwhile, I enjoy the pictures of everyone else’s grandkids!
She really has grown up so fast. I only know her from the pictures you post but she seems very sweet.
I bet your heart melts when you posted this. I really like hearing about your granddaughter, and congratulations again on the new one on the way. My grandkids live away, and I don’t see them much. The time we have is precious and words don’t even touch it. I talked to them on the phone yesterday and I always end up smiling at just how amazing they are and how blessed I am. They definitely hold a special place in our hearts.
