Yogurt parfaits never go out of style for breakfast, but every once in a while, it’s nice to spice them up with a new ingredient (and one that’s good for you, too)! Good news is, adding a nutritional boost to this classic breakfast has never been easier.
BioHarvest’s Yogurt Parfait Recipe
1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/3 cup granola
¼ cup raspberries
¼ cup blueberries
1 sachet VINIA red grape powder
Drizzle of honey
In a bowl combine yogurt, granola, and VINIA. Stir to combine, then layer half in a wide-mouth mason jar. Add half the berries, then layer in remaining yogurt mixture and berries. Refrigerate overnight, and up to 3 days. Enjoy cold.

I love parfais and eat them four times a week for breakfast. I love that I can make them even healthier by adding VINIA to them!
this is the first time I have heard about this new biofood and I am often willing to try new supplements to boost my health. This sounds like a good any to try it – in a delicious recipe.
It looks great. We love parfaits! I’d have to skip the raspberries, since I developed an allergy to them a few years ago, but any berry would work great!
This look great love to try this
This looks like my kind of breakfast. Fruit and yogurt is perfect for me every morning. The addition of fruit powder might be a nice change.
This looks like a great parfait and you can switch up daily.
This looks delicious, and the VINIA sounds interesting, I am looking forward to giving it a try. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
I love Greek yogurt and it’s a great way for me to get more protein, since I’m more of a veggie type person. I’m not into fruits either so a fruit powder like this would be great and you don’t have to worry about it going bad like fresh fruit.
