I really do not take enough care of,my skin. I try to drink and eat the healthy items, and I moisture , but I really don’t exfoliate. I need to try product like the Beauty Guru items.
Taking care of yourself really affects your skin. I like how you talk about what we take in…our food and hydration adds to our skin’s health. Exfoliation is something I need to be better at. I really like the ingredients of this one. Thanks.
I’ve never heard of Babassu Oil but it sounds wonderful. Exercise is still the best for my skin. Even gentle yoga helps it since it decreases my stress and makes me feel calmer.
