India & Purry sells beautiful decorative home accents designed by artist Jessica Hollander. The designs are derived from larger oil paintings, painted outside and directly from nature, in order to create an authentic dialogue between artist and subject. Each design is intended to communicate the spiritual energy of the setting in which it was painted.
The artist’s line includes a collection of marble coasters, trivets, note cards, pillow covers, room ornaments and art prints. When you look at the designs they are all nature-inspired and soothing.
For the review I was sent the Coaster Set: Three Lanterns on Grey which is absolutely gorgeous!!! Each set comes with 4 coasters which arrive in a beautiful gift box…ready for gift-giving! Each one measures 4″ square and are made out of Botticino marble.
They are backed with a cork material so that your surfaces are protected. In addition, the artist has hand-signed each coaster in the set. If you are looking for light-weight flimsy coasters…these are NOT for you! These are pieces of quality artwork and are weighty!
I love that I can let these beverage coasters sit out and they enhance our decor. Usually I keep coasters tucked away in my buffet drawer but these are works of art and meant to be kept out on display. Plus, you can place all four of them together and use them as a large decorative trivet on your dining room table or buffet. Just gorgeous!!!
