I have ever tried these freeze dried fruits , but I am sure they must taste good since all the flavor is concentrated. The recipe has all healthy ingredients but would be delicious.
I’ve never tried freeze dried fruit but have used dehydrated fruit in my yogurt dishes. I love fruit that you can store like that so might take a look at it.
