UV Blocker Umbrella: Protection from Harmful Sun Rays

I enjoy living in the beautiful state of California because of all the great types of scenery all ‘under one roof’: the mountains, the beach, the desert, the valley. The weather is fantastic… most of the time. I love the rainy weather we sometimes get. Unfortunately, we are experiencing a major drought, and the heat’s hitting hard in what’s supposed to be considered the spring season. I was fortunate to have been sent an umbrella from UV-Blocker for review in time to protect me from the overbearing sun.

When the summertime comes, a lot of people know and think about the damage the sun’s rays can do to our skin, so they use sunblock and other products. What many people do not realize is that when the sun seems to be hidden on a cloudy day, the UV rays are at their strongest. UV rays cause damage to the skin, from sunburns, to wrinkling, to dangerous effects like skin cancer.

The UV Blocker sun protection umbrella has a treated solar tech fabric which not only protects against harmful UV rays, but keeps the user about ten to fifteen degrees cooler while in the sun. It also has a vented mesh to be able to handle high wind. The UV Blocker is approved by the Melanoma International Foundation.

UV Blocker umbrella is wonderful for a hot and sunny day, or a pouring rainy one. When I used it, I could noticed how well the sun was blocked. I was feeling so much cooler under the umbrella, it seemed to block the heat well. I was sent the large folding umbrella. It’s big enough to fit two people underneath. I love that the umbrella is a great size when it is folded down. It’s not too bulky, so perfect for traveling, or just leaving it in my car as a ‘just in case’ situation. It has a sheath for it as well to protect it from dirt or from catching on something and tearing. The sheath has a shoulder strap so it’s easy to take everywhere with me. It has a soft and very comfortable handle, and it’s simple to use with the automatic button.

UV Blocker has quite a few umbrella types available: travel, compact, golf, large, beach, and fashion. There’s also several kinds of holders to make the umbrellas easier to use. It is fantastic that they has many different types. These umbrellas have a little bit of a larger price tag, but I find as an investment to protect myself as well as my family.

They’re so convenient and stylish, I thought the fashion umbrella was very cute! Check out the 6ft beach umbrella too. What a great choice to enjoy the day at the beach without hurting the skin.

    While they have other products, my skin is so sensitive to the sun I would still have to choose the umbrella.

    Love the personal beach umbrella with UV protection! I enjoy the beach, but I won’t go without tons of sun protection because of my fair skin. I also use umbrellas for afternoons out back.

    The 6′ umbrella would work well for me. Our patio is southern exposure in Texas heat. This umbrella would give us some protection from the sun that we need.

    I would like the golf umbrella, too. I like a nice large umbrella for a lot of times! I’d love to have convinced the hubby to protect himself from the sun, but alas, he’s not a teachable person, he’s a walking poster child for what sort of damage the sun does to you. My children always remark on it. I protect myself, my kids say I look young, the husband is the same age and they say he looks 80. (we are both 61)

    I really like the UV Protection Personal Beach Umbrella 6ft. I am light skinned and am always getting sunburned because I forget how long I am out this would be convenient and useful.

    Living in sunny California, I can appreciate the great need for their umbrellas as well. I would also love their UV Protection Personal Beach Umbrella 6ft, which would be awesome to take to the beach this summer.
