For this review, I received the “Keep the Home Fires Burning” toss pillow to check out for all of you. One of the things I love about this pillow is that it is generously sized at 20″ by 20″ in size. In addition, it is generously PLUMP!!! This is no cheapo five and dime store pillow, nope…it is quality at it’s best!
The throw pillow is made out of 100% cotton and features gorgeous hand embroidery work on the front. For this design…it’s done in that popular Americana style. The embroidery work is impeccable! I do a lot of cross-stitching & embroidery myself and this handiwork is some of the best that I’ve ever seen!
The pillow is filled with a 100% White Goose Feather and Down Pillow and the cover is removable for washing (machine washable). To remove the cover, simply unbutton it on the backside as shown in my one photo above. Another nice touch with this pillow is that it’s beautifully finished off with red & white binding that runs along all four sides that matches the back cover of the pillow. Classy!
We have the pillow on the sofa down in our family room (hence the darker photos as we only have one small window in that room). Everyone who has seen that pillow gives me compliments on it and asks me where I got it. Here in PA…decorating in the Country or Americana-Style is popular…so everyone has fallen in-love with that pillow!

That’s a great summer pillow. I like to look at all the pillows on the Pinterest boards to get ideas or pin favorites.
All these items of country decor look wonderful. I like how the pillow can be place to,with display the words or therd design.
Oh gosh, I adore those hoosier chests! There was a time (a time now long gone) when you could buy an old one of those for $200. Actually I think I nice new one in an old style might be better anyway.
I love country decor and these pillows are adorable and would be great as a gift.
