I am so careful about what I eat these days. I admit, I have become a label reader. With sensitivities to gluten and wheat and trying to eat as clean as possible, there are some things that I thought were off my menu. Until I checked out the ingredients in this awesome granola. Finding a whole grain product that is all natural is awesome and I was thrilled to be able to check this product out for review.
Golden Girl Granola is an all-natural, whole-grain granola that is non-GMO, dairy free, cholesterol free, casein free, trans-fat free, wheat free and has no preservatives, artificial color or flavors. It is hand made in small batches and comes in seven head-over-heels delicious flavors that include Bluesberry, Chocolate Decadence, Creative Cranberry, Forest Maple, Home Sweet Honey, Original and Truly Tropical.
I am in love with almonds and coconut and those two ingredients are found in the several of the flavors I got to try out. I cannot say which flavor I loved most since they were all amazing! While I do not eat it as a “breakfast” meal with milk, I do enjoy my granola with my yogurt and fruit as a dessert, snack or breakfast and also right out of the bag! A couple of handfuls and I am satisfied! We also made a strawberry crisp with the granola mixed in as a topping. It was awesome!
Golden Girl Granola is loaded with awesome goodness and the flavor is pure. I love knowing that I do not have to worry about any junk my body does not need.
