It is hard to believe but the official start to Spring is only one week away! After the absolutely miserable Winter that we’ve had here in the northeast, I am more than ready for Spring to arrive.
Winter really did a number on my skin this past year. For the past few months I have had extremely dry and itchy skin. The bottom of my feet seem to have gotten the worst of it with my knees and elbows running closely behind. Time for that dry & itchy skin to disappear!
A few days ago I started amping up my beauty routine. I’ve been using an exfoliating body wash in the shower every day to help remove the dry skin and after I get out…I’ve been applying an all-over body moisturizer. I make sure I get it all over my body and especially on all of the areas that are extremely dry right now. Before I go to bed at night, I apply it lightly all over my body again.
One thing I’ve learned over the past few months is that you shouldn’t wait until you have this problem. You should be moisturizing your skin on a regular basis to prevent the problem from even occurring. That’s right ladies, I was a tad lazy around the holiday season and my skin paid the price.

Love the St.Ives brand! I did not know they had came out with this!
I have not yet tried a spray lotion and it sounds like a very convenient way to apply the lotion. I do like other St Ives products.
I’ve never tried a spray lotion. Would be good for when I get out of the swimming pool.
I use moisturizer but have never used a spray before. Looks like a good product and St. Ives always makes a good quality one.
