Shamrock Shake Cocktail Recipe for AdultsSt. Patrick’s Day is only a few days away. How will you be celebrating this year?

Today we are sharing an adult cocktail recipe with all of you from the great folks over at Eastside Distilling.

Adult Shamrock Shake Recipe

Many of us have fond memories as a child enjoying the McDonald’s Shamrock shake on St. Patty’s Day. Consider an adult version for your next St. Patrick’s Day celebration.

1.5 oz. Portland Potato Vodka
1 oz. Peppermint Bark Liqueur
.5 oz. Irish Cream
½ scoop vanilla ice cream
1 scoop mint chocolate chip ice cream

Add all ingredients in a blender a cup of ice. Blend for 10 seconds and serve immediately.

I will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day the usual way, by wearing green. This sounds like an interesting cocktail, I guess the reason it’s not green is the chocolate chips from the ice cream. It would be cool to find a way to make it green. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

This sounds so delicious. Bailey’s is real indulgence for me (and one of my favorites), so it’s even better when it’s mixed with ice cream and other liqueurs! Can’t wait to try it. Thanks!

This would be something a little different for St. Patrick’s Day get-togethers. I’m not much for vodka, but it’s nice to have an option for those who want it!

What a perfect treat to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Mint chocolate chip is one of my favorite flavors.

This drink is like a boozy version of an ice cream soda. I love all the ingredients in it, but don’t have them all – so I jut might be making a trip to the liquor store!

Potato Vodka…interesting. Never heard of it, but the Irish in me is intrigued. I really want to try this. Love the addition of chocolate mint ice cream and peppermint with the Irish cream…a yummy, sweet drink my husband would love. May the shamrocks smile upon you as you drink up!

Wow, I’ve never had anything like this, nor made anything. I would love to try this, I’m a fan of anything peppermint.
