Peppa Pig Muddy Puddles DVD

March 8, 2015 by Classystaff

peppa pig muddy puddlesPeppa Pig is the star of a children’s television show featured on Nick, Jr.She was created by Mark Baker and Neville Astley. The stories are narrated by John Sparkes who adds comments that add to the action and humor such as “Oh, dear” when something unfortunate happens (when George starts to cry) or “Be careful!” when a character is doing something that could hurt them.

Peppa Pig: Muddy Puddles DVD features Peppa Pig and her family: Mummy Pig, Daddy Pig and her little brother, George. Peppa Pig’s Muddy Puddles DVD contains eight different stories plus two bonus episodes. Each story runs about five minutes in length. The stories are active enough to hold your child’s interest but short enough to engage their attention span.

Peppa Pig: Muddy Puddles is a story about Peppa and her brother going out to play in the mud puddles after a very rainy day. It shows Mummy Pig reminding them to wear their boots. Peppa is also very careful to keep her little brother, George safe. Later in the story Mummy Pig and Daddy Pig join in the fun. You can just imagine how much the Pig family enjoys playing in the mud!

The other stories on the DVD include: Mr. Dinosaur is Lost, Polly Parrot, Best Friend, Hide and Seek, The Playgroup, Mummy Pig at Work and Camping. The bonus episodes are Gardening and Bicycles.

Peppa Pig and all the characters speak with a British accent which is interesting to listen to. The characters all care a lot about each other and have great fun with simple things. Peppa Pig’s family is very loving to each other and there is always a lesson to be learned.

This would be a wonderful DVD for your child’s Easter Basket, a birthday present or anytime of the year. Also check out Guess How Much I Love You – The Adventures of Little Nutbrown Hare – Someone Special which would be an ideal DVD to round out the Easter viewing experience.

I just love the kid’s shows with the British accents. I also like the British comedies though so that’s just me. I’ve seen Peppa Pig and think any child would love this one for Easter too.

I have never seen this children’s show, but it sounds both educational and enjoyable for little kids. I am not sure how much the British accent contributes to the show.
