There are some things that people are naturally blessed with. Great hair. Beautiful eyes. A beautiful soul. And for some, gorgeous thick, long lashes. I have seen men with the most amazing eyelashes and trust me when I say, I was jealous! Our eyelashes are a part of us that may get overlooked when it comes to the care department. Here are Some Tips for Healthy Eyelashes

 

* Remove your mascara and other makeup nightly – Mascara dries your lashes and can cause breakage. Plus sleeping in your eye makeup will irritate your eyes.

* Eat foods rich in Vitamin B Complex, Biotin and Vitamin E – These vitamins are known for healthy hair growth. Supplements work great too.

* Ditch the Eyelash Curler – This device is notorious for damaging your lashes, especially if used on lashes with mascara already applied as it will stick and pull on your lashes. If you want to curl your lashes, use a well cushioned curler on naked lashes, gently. Better yet, look for mascaras that have brushes made for curling lashes.
