Research shows that we tend to make our least healthy food choices as we get closer to bedtime. I am extremely guilty of this. Depending on my day, I could eat well throughout but come dinner, I may eat too much. Or, I may ask for dessert like ice cream, way too much dessert. Especially if I try to eat a somewhat early dinner, I won’t go to bed until much later so sometimes I’ll have cravings for a snack that may not be too good for me. I have a bad habit of having some junk food like chips, candy, or cookies right before bed. Not only does this make make gain weight but it doesn’t even let me sleep well. I am so happy to have been sent some dietary supplement bars from NightFood.
I received two boxes from NightFood, each with six 40g (1.4oz) bars. I was sent two different flavors–Midnight Chocolate Crunch, and Cookies n’ Dreams. I really liked how clever these names are. Plus, they were delicious. I liked both bars, but I have to admit that I favor the Cookies n’ Dreams because of the mix of chocolate and cream. I noticed that even though the bars seem small, they made me feel full and satisfied my sweet tooth. I realized that I did not get hungry throughout the night and the guilt didn’t come along with it even though it was sinfully scrumptious.
A bar is around 140 calories which isn’t much compared to what I’ve had before as a midnight snack. These NightFood bars are a good source of Fiber and Protein which is fantastic because I know that the bad things I’ve eaten are nothing but empty calories and no nutrition. Plus they have less sugar than a Banana!
What I found to be superb was that I could read and actually understand what was put into the bars ingredients-wise. They can be found online at NightFood.com and even at a local GNC, which is good news for when I just can’t wait to do an order. The price is right for me, as a dietary supplement, I’ve seen much more costly items and not as flavorful or filling. Most people pay about the same for a large candy bar nowadays, at least this bar is better for me!
The NightFood Nutrition bars have an optimized formula and they’re the answer to my (and the 220 million+ people’s) nighttime diet problems. Not only were they tasting spectacular but they made me feel wonderful. I’m almost out, so I’ve got to stock up soon!

Idon’t usually have a problem with.late night cravings, but my husband often wants something to eat very lat at night. I shall have to look into these bars. I like that they have Fiber and protein to fill him up rather than empty calories.
Thanks for the great review!

I don’t have trouble with late night food cravings but I know people who do, this would be great for them. Being the chocolate lover that I am I would love to give these products a try. Thank you for sharing this review.
I think I could use these. I’m a late night muncher and know it’s bad for me.
(Help For Late Night Cravings NightFood Nutrition Bars) I had never heard of this before, they sound pretty good to me. I like that they are a good source of fiber and protein too-
Tasty bars do the trick for me. Last night I had a Level Life bar since it’s gluten free and low in sugar. The carmelness hit the spot but they wouldn’t pack well in this heat–chocolate would melt. Maybe they will come out with gluten free Nightfood bars.
