Healthy Snack Idea – Avocado Toast Recipe

It is so easy to grab something to snack on that is not the best for your health. Chips, candy, soda pop, and others come to mind really quickly. I have been good about keeping the junk foods out and the healthier stuff in the house. I have been prepping and cleaning the veggies and fruits after shopping to make them easier to munch on right away and it helps. Hubby LOVES avocado so I try and keep some in the house as much as possible. One of his favorite snacks is Avocado Toast and it is a really good healthy snack that just takes a few minutes to whip up. Perfect for a light lunch too!

Super Simple Ingredients and Directions:

Your favorite bread, toasted
Slight amount of butter, if you choose
Avocado Slices
Season Salt

Add the ingredients on top of your toasted bread and enjoy.

    (Healthy Snack Idea – Avocado Toast Recipe) I eat avocados all the time, I put them in salad and on crackers too. They are a good healthy snack.

    Oh, I could eat that every day! I wish avocados were less expensive. But thanks for this great way to enjoy them when I find them on sale.

    OK, this might sound nuts, but I don’t care for avocados…but I love guacamole, lol. That’s nuts, right? I guess one of the ingredients in guacamole just makes avocados taste better to me.

    I get so excited to find the gluten-free bread like Udi’s or Glutino’s at the 99 cent (now a dollar, lol) store, Next time I find them I will make this in my taster oven. Avocados are pretty inexpensive here year round too.
