Healthy Snack Idea – Avocado Toast Recipe
It is so easy to grab something to snack on that is not the best for your health. Chips, candy, soda pop, and others come to mind really quickly. I have been good about keeping the junk foods out and the healthier stuff in the house. I have been prepping and cleaning the veggies and fruits after shopping to make them easier to munch on right away and it helps. Hubby LOVES avocado so I try and keep some in the house as much as possible. One of his favorite snacks is Avocado Toast and it is a really good healthy snack that just takes a few minutes to whip up. Perfect for a light lunch too!
Healthy Snack Idea – Avocado Toast Recipe
Super Simple Ingredients and Directions:
Your favorite bread, toasted
Slight amount of butter, if you choose
Avocado Slices
Season Salt
Add the ingredients on top of your toasted bread and enjoy.
